TRAVEL FAIR IN RIMINI, ITALY
THE LEADING B2B TRAVEL EVENT IN ITALY
The fair lasts 3 days and as I’m writing it’s still on. I was there yesterday, October 16th 2009. It’s considered the most important travel fair in Italy, it’s only open to the professionals operating in tourism: mainly tour operators, travel agencies, hotels. It is attended by thousands of business people: visitors, buyers, exhibitors. Exhibiting firms and buyers are from Italy and from many other countries around the world.
Here one also learns about the latest and most sofisticated sofware and technology to use.
There are conferences, interviews, clasees to attend for the travel agents who want to broaden their knowledge in tourism, novelties in the travel industry.
The financial crisis has hit heavily everywhere. Thanks to its incredible cultural heritage Italy will find a way out! CULTURE, ART, “ITALIAN WAY OF LIFE” are Italy’s best arguments and potentials for the coming years.

Short-break in Florence, Italy

_The Dome of Florence seen from Republic Square
Greetings from Florence, Italy!
We have here a very interesting offer for a stay in one of the nicest boutique hotels in Florence situated in the chic street via Tornabuoni.
Tornabuoni, by the way, was one of the most important families in the XIVth century, that is the Reneaissance time. They were patrons of art and artists. As an example Giovanni Tornabuoni had the painter Domenico del Ghirlandaio paint in their altar chapel in the church Santa Maria Novella two cycles of paintings: One is dadicated to the life story of St. John the Baptist (patron saint of Florence and name of Tornabuoni) and the other one to the Holy Vergin Mary. In the scenes you can see people of the time and members of the Tornabuoni family (of course, they were paying and they wanted to be painted surrounded by holy people!). Check out what wikipedia has to say about the Tornabuoni family.
This is the offer for 2 persons in Florence, Italy:
2 nights in in our Hotel in the via Tornabuoni – 1 double room – + one dinner for two persons at Harry’s Bar (one of the most elegant and trendiest restaurants / bars in Florence)- Cost 290 Euro.
Or
3 nights in our Hotel in the Via Tornabuoni – 1 double room – + one dinner for two persons at Harry’s Bar (one of most elegant and trendiest restaurants / bars in Florence)- Cost 380 Euro.
To book or find out more please contact Violetta Buti and her organization Beauty In Italy
Also, a good idea for a short stay in Florence, is to add a walking tour with a licensed private guide!
Go for it and see you here!
